JustFoodERP's User Event finished last week. Three days in Dallas, less than seasonal weather made up for with warm relations with customers. I dont think a company can have better customers than we have. It was great to see the time commitments made. All but one had to get on a plane in order get to the event in Dallas. TW Garner wins the prize for most attendees (6). North American Tea & Coffee wins the prize for covering the farthest distance to attend (2250 miles). We have a real community growing here and look forward to nurturing it with the next event. Some highlights? Well, the content was pretty good (It got top marks on the survey responses) covering off a number of things including the planning engine, costing, web services, SharePoint 2010, Effective Inventory Management, CRM amongst other topics. However the real high point was CF Chefs opening their doors to other JustFoodERP customers. CF Chefs facilitated a full plant tour demonstrating how they have deployed JustFoodERP. It facilitated a lot of great conversation as much around business process as how to deploy an ERP tool. We have begun planning for next year's event. We will feature more customer driven content, slightly longer sessions, and one extra day's worth of content. All based on feedback from attendees this year. We will have some video up soon. Stay tuned to check that out. Marc is part tech geek and business guy. He has had the opportunity to manage the JustFoodERP team since helping conceive the product in 2004.
