Over the last 6 months, we’ve been working hard on a central repository for business process templates, user guides, presentation slides, product videos and release notes and a bunch of other cool stuff. Customers who are new to JustFoodERP or who are on-boarding with us on new initiatives have access to our new Customer Care Portal. I’ve been part of the work team, and I think you’ll love it! You’ll have access to any product or project related documents and your Project Issues and Action Items. You’ll be able to assign priorities, assign responsibilities, and add notes to new issues logged with our Services team. Of course, you can also export these issues to Excel for future analysis, review, or simply to print. In addition to this, you’ll have full visibility of our Support process. You’ll be able to view Cases issues that you’ve logged with our Customer Care team. Customers can view both Active and Resolved Cases, drill in to review notes, or export Cases to Excel for review in status meetings.
