Pay it Forward: Food Companies Recommend JustFoodERP to Each Other

There can be no greater compliment, or indication of a job well done, than a customer referral. In the case of Kitchen Partners Limited (KPL), they not only received a strong recommendation of JustFoodERP by a JustFoodERP customer, they “paid it forward” by recommending JustFoodERP to another food company after their own implementation!

Prior to buying JustFoodERP, representatives from KPL - Edmonton, AB, Canada based processor of stirred and assembled foods - visited a Texas food company in a similar line of business with whom they have a working relationship. That company, CF Chefs, had nothing but glowing words about JustFoodERP, remembers Daren Hawrish, VP, Finance at KPL. “They put it to us, ‘you can burn a bunch of time and energy looking at other companies, or go with JustFoodERP,” which is what they strongly recommended. “I cannot emphasize enough the power of that testimonial!”

Great Software, Good People Fit

In fact, this customer endorsement was the single strongest factor in KPL’s decision to go with JustFoodERP, notes Hawrish. Supply chain manager at KPL, Brandy Zukowski, adds that “it wasn’t just about what the software could do for us, it was about having a good fit… that was very important to us.” Hawrish notes that “the JustFoodERP implementation guys were great, their knowledge of the application is very strong. They have a good general business sense as well, and having worked with many different food customers, they brought a lot to our situation.” Zukowski loves that the JustFoodERP system “is able to adapt with you, so that without having to call the vendor, we can do things ourselves.”

Kitchen Partners is so pleased with their implementation, in fact, that “we’ve already recommended JustFoodERP to another food company," says Hawrish. And that company?... Well, they just purchased JustFoodERP, we are happy to report!

Customer Loyalty Metrics

We do many things to ensure that our customers are satisfied. One way we check on this is using the Net Promoter Score customer loyalty metric each year to ascertain whether we are improving our score. We also are involved in surveying 10 customers a year through Microsoft to ensure our satisfaction scores are high.

Ultimately though nothing says satisfaction like a real customer-to-customer referral such as this KPL example. It makes the whole team proud at JustFoodERP when these types of connections are made! I can't say it hurts that the folks at KPL are great company too; Brandy Zukowski was a joy to hang out with at our 2012 User Event in Las Vegas!
