JustFoodERP Customer Care team members, our application specialists Christy Resek and Tammy Rives, have several things in common:
-
Deep knowledge of the food industry – 8+ years each working for food manufacturers in the U.S.
-
Engaging personal skills and a passion for people – especially our customers
-
A drawl…
Whoa, what was that last one? That’s right – if you’re talking to either of these Customer Care super-wom
en, you can’t help but hear that they work and live deep in the heart of Texas!
In the case of Christy Resek (right) she worked for a decade at a Texas-based manufacturer of sauces and gravies for the food industry, where she was responsible for technical support in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Office and label programs for 83 users. Before that Christy worked as their customer service manager and purchasing manager.
Tammy Rives (below) worked at a Texas-based fresh foods manufacturer for almost 8 years, where she
assisted with setup and configuration of ERP software, including piloting, end user training, and ultimately, continued support of the end user community.
These two ladies are not Lone Stars, though – they don’t work alone but rather, Christy and Tammy work closely with JustFoodERP customers and with the rest of our strong, closely knit Customer Care team.
One last regional metaphor … if you call Tammy or Christy with any issue, you will find they are as tough as a Texas Ranger in getting you answers and solutions!
