Lots of Firsts at JustFoodERP User Event 2012

We’re just back from Vegas and our User Event for JustFoodERP customers, sponsors and guests – jam-packed with learning sessions, training opportunities and best practises sharing between peers in the food industry.

We had some serious milestones at this our biggest and best user event in the three years we’ve offered it (Dallas in 2010, Toronto in 2011). The event in glamorous Vegas saw…

  • Unveiling of the highly anticipated features of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 – to be released in the fall. Our customers got to hear directly from Microsoft – specifically Brett Johnson, the NAV Technology Adoption Manager for North America and Asia Pacific – about the SharePoint interface, web interface, reporting services functions and more.
  • A Product Roadmap session that had everyone talking! Discussion by Mike Glue, our chief architect and his team about the JustFoodERP 12.01 release and 4 new prototypes, including JustFoodERP Plant; for more detail, read Mike’s blog post from the event last week.
  • Cloud 101 – an amazing session by Kati Hvidtfeldt, Microsoft’s senior director, US Dynamics ERP Cloud. She specifically demonstrated how Microsoft’s cloud offerings can work with JustFoodERP, and she took questions about the newest releases of Office365, CRM2011, and the upcoming NAV for the cloud.
  • First time we seated more than 100 people for our Customer Appreciation Dinner – held Tuesday evening at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse.

A great big thank you to our customers, special invited guests, and sponsors for making JustFoodERP User Event 2012 so productive (and fun)! That would be a shout out to all the folks from the following companies who attended:

We are already starting to sniff around next year’s venue – keep it under your hat, but New Orleans is one of the contenders for JustFoodERP User Event 2013! Let the good times and learning continue...
